Too bad the T-6s remain unknown to us.
The E-3 on the south side should be 83-0008 (the one that had the nosegear up landing some tme ago).
Did you als went to Alto Ave (east of N Hollywood blvd)? Than we missed eachother by 20 minutes....

This is an omission from my side, I wrongly looked this serial up. After seen several Nellis photo's from the same periode, I came to the conclusion that the 84-1220 from Duluth (148 FW/179 FS - MN ANG) was regularly seen here. So this must be the one.

Tour on the base?? i think that's only for press during Red Flags.......
Weekends? yes! when we arrived on sundayevening 21 February we noticed that they where flying and 2 F-16's returned from mission at 21.30h local!!
keep in mind that Nellis is the world superbase.......
