From pictures on the net, I think this may be the Bolivian one (tail colors). But from the distance, I can't be 100 % sure.

Some evening news from Republic of Moldova, regarding the last 6 Mig-29s (which didn't fly for years) at Marculesti AFB : it looks like some smugglers managed to steal some components of those aircraft, made of precious metals (Platinium, etc).
