No noise problems with my 7-d and 100-400, I always shoot 100 iso, only if necessary I use 200 iso or more,
but not with sunny weather.
And if I see some noise I use noise ninja or neat image noise reduction psoftware.
Nope, it's not customary to calibrate the camera with every lens, but you do have the ability to do so if found necessary. I'm lucky in that respect, as each of my lenses works flawlessly with my 7D and I didn't need any calibration at all.Spacedust wrote:I heard it is necessary with the 7D to calibrate the camera with every lens. You have to do that yourself, look for info in the manual.
Or bring it to http://www.lenscalibratie.nl (it is part of 'Chipclean') for only € 20,-Spacedust wrote:I heard it is necessary with the 7D to calibrate the camera with every lens. You have to do that yourself, look for info in the manual.
If I understand the website correctly they just use the camera's own lens correction feature which means you could do it yourself.pascal wrote:Or bring it to http://www.lenscalibratie.nl (it is part of 'Chipclean') for only € 20,-Spacedust wrote:I heard it is necessary with the 7D to calibrate the camera with every lens.
