The SyAAF used to operate several squadrons with the Su-22 'Fitter'. Their status in November 2024 remains unclear but it is very likely that none is serviceable anymore.

In the mid-70's the SyAAF received 58 Siat 223 trainers that were built in Sevilla (Spain) and Grenchen (Switzerland). 3rd FTS and 4th FTS still operated the type in November 2024, albeit in a different livery.
